4 Squares Tools Co., Ltd. is a young and dynamic company that was established in 2006. We possess exceptional manufacturing capabilities and strong sales skills. Over the years, we have been focusing primarily on technology and new product development, particularly in the plastic and hardware product industries. In 2022, we introduced an ISO management system and an ERP system which have enabled seamless cooperation and integration among our various departments, including sales, purchasing, mold, R&D, QC, manufacturing, and packing departments. This has contributed significantly to improving our efficiency and reducing human errors.
Our company has two plants situated in Changhua city, complete with advanced mold making machines and skilled personnel. Our injection machines have a wide capacity range, from 50 tons to 1100 tons, and include horizontal and vertical injection molding machines. This allows us to cater to a diverse range of products for our customers. In order to maintain a high level of quality, we have invested in our own quality inspection room equipped with various QC machines, including Profile Projectors, Shock Testers, Hardness Testers, Density Testers, and Torque Testers. Our quality reports are provided prior to shipment to ensure superior product quality.
